  • Ask your question at the forums: Rainbow users and developers will answer your installation and operations questions here. The first time you attempt to post in a forum you will be asked to create a new user account. The forum will remember your identity in future visits. We apologize for this inconveience.
    
• Submit a bug
  Rainbow developers try to fix all system errors that are well documented and entered into our bug tracking system. Don't just complain on a forum or in a mailing list ,submit your problem report to the place where someone will actually fix it!
  
• Request a new feature
  All requests for enhancements to Rainbow should be made in the issue tracking system where they will be prioritized by the developers.  You can also vote on your favorite new features in this system.
  
• Alternate Support Forum: Rainbow on ASP.NET
  Microsoft has also created a Rainbow Forum on ASP.NET for Rainbow support. Rainbow team members provide support primarily through the Rainbow Portal Community website.

• Rainbow Wiki/Confluence  Our new documentation and project management site!!  All developers contributing to the project have the ability to add, discuss and explore the content here - it's primary purpose is to increase team collaboration and productivity, this knowledge flow is also available read-only to the whole community.  Rainbow Confluence includes nice features like 'watch this topic' alerts, RSS feeds to the content that interests you most, latest updates etc..
