8/14/2003 - Submitting a new bug Bugs should be submitted to the Rainbow bug tracker, and the bug link should be sent to the developers mailing list.
6/18/2003 - Don't break the install: update the install document - by Mark McFarlane Code change that effect the installation, e.g. new settings in web.config, a signficant behavior change, etc must be reflected in the latest installation document.
